Key Responsibilities:
  1. HR Systems Management: Develop and implement effective HR systems and processes to streamline employee data management, including personnel files and HR databases.
  2. Recruitment and Onboarding: Support the HR team in the recruitment and onboarding process, including job posting, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
  3. Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records, including personnel files and HR databases, to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  4. HR Reporting and Analytics: Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and drive business growth.
  5. Employee Support: Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including benefits, leaves, and performance management.
  6. Offboarding Process: Manage the employee offboarding process, including conducting exit interviews and processing necessary paperwork.

Requirements:
  1. 2-4 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
  2. Certification in HR management is a plus.

  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
