We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of a project located in Makkah. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve set service level agreements, client relationships, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Developing and implementing project strategies to meet set goals and objectives.
- Directing, supervising, and monitoring project teams and subcontractors/suppliers.
- Ensuring compliance with established standards, regulations, and quality assurance processes.
- Maintaining high staff productivity and efficiency within a professional and safe environment.
- Monitoring financial performance and overall cost control.
- Coordinating with other projects for resource optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Building discipline.
- PREFERRED: PMP/FMP/CFM/CEM certification.
- A minimum of 10 years of managerial experience, with at least 5 years in Operation and Maintenance/Facilities Management.
- Saudi National age 30-40 years old.
- Based in Makkah.
- Excellent Arabic and English language skills.
- Advanced MS Office skills - Word, Spreadsheets, and Databases.
- CAFM/ERP and other related systems knowledge.
