About the Role

Help AG is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager - Banking to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth in the Saudi Arabia market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the banking sector, building relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs and preferences, and develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Account Management: Manage existing customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and execute plans to drive revenue growth, exceeding targets and contributing to the company's overall success.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a strong track record of success in the banking sector.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of the banking sector, including industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
