SOF is seeking an experienced Tendering Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the tendering process, from initial planning to final submission.

As part of your duties, you will study tender documents, distribute them to other engineers, and arrange offers from at least three vendors for each item or equipment. You will also prepare the final bill of quantities, comparative statements of offers, and bid bond, and prepare the commercial bid for submission.

You will work closely with the President to finalize the post-bid clarification and close the technical proposal. Additionally, you will arrange to prepare all documents to send to project management and send all manufacturers' offers with final discounts to purchase.

To be eligible for this position, you must have a degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 10 years of experience as a Tendering Manager. Your salary will be determined based on your resume and negotiation.

Qualifications:
  1. Graduated in Electrical Engineering
  2. Minimum 10 years of experience as a Tendering Manager
