About the Role

This is a key position in our Market Access and Public Affairs team. As a Public Affairs Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving stakeholder advocacy, policy shaping, and partnerships with healthcare systems.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and implementing public affairs projects, partnerships, and advocacy initiatives that align with our business objectives.
  2. Building and maintaining relationships with key government officials, policymakers, and external stakeholders to influence policy decisions.
  3. Tracking market dynamics, regulatory developments, and legislative changes, providing internal updates and strategic recommendations.
  4. Identifying collaboration opportunities with industry groups and associations to amplify advocacy efforts.

You will also be responsible for developing and implementing external communication plans that ensure compliance with lobbying regulations and foster awareness of key business matters.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need relevant academic qualifications in a field such as pharma, public policy or related field, along with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position within the Healthcare industry.

You should have demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders, including those at the executive level.

Demonstrated communication strengths, including internal and external messaging, are essential. Project Management skills are also required, particularly in handling different projects in dealing with government entities.
