Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with the General Manager to oversee all aspects of daily activities, manage internal processes, and build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Operational Oversight: Oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow and timely project completion.
  2. Process Improvement: Manage internal processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to streamline operations.
  3. Communication and Collaboration: Schedule and facilitate regular team meetings, keeping everyone informed and aligned with objectives.
  4. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and customers.
  5. Collections and Payments: Manage the collections process, ensuring timely and accurate payments from clients.
  6. Accounts Payable: Oversee accounts payable, streamlining the payment process for vendors and contractors.
  7. Reporting and Analysis: Generate operational reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  8. Administrative Support: Support the General Manager with various administrative tasks and special projects.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within a startup environment.
  3. A proven track record of successfully streamlining processes and improving operational efficiency.
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  5. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
