About This RoleWe are looking for an experienced Administrative Manager to join our leadership team, providing essential administrative and logistical support. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting high-profile executives and managing complex calendars, schedules, and travel arrangements.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the leadership team's schedule, coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the leadership team.
- Handling incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
- Coordinating logistics for meetings, events, and conferences, including venue booking and travel arrangements.
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems, and tracking budgets and expenses for the communication team.
- Conducting research and gathering information as requested by the leadership team.
- Preparing agendas and minutes for meetings, and liaising with other departments and external stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role supporting high-profile or senior-level executives.
- Proficiency in email management and Microsoft Office applications; experience in the communication industry is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with active listening and interpersonal savvy.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with sound decision-making under pressure.
- A proactive approach, adaptability, emotional intelligence, and a positive attitude.
- Professionalism, discretion, reliability, and dependability in fulfilling commitments and maintaining confidentiality.
