We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Business Growth Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding market share by working with resellers, system integrators, and key stakeholders. This role involves driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within the Panels, Batteries, UPS, Switches, and Data Centers sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Growth Strategy: Develop and implement business growth strategies to expand market share and increase revenue.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, system integrators, and key partners to enhance our market presence.
  • Sales Lead Development: Find and develop new sales leads through networking, referrals, and industry events.
  • Business Proposal Development: Prepare and present business proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Partnership Development: Work with senior management to create and execute business growth strategies through strategic partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of related work experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and ability to work under pressure. The successful candidate will play a critical role in enhancing our market presence and contributing to the company's strategic growth in Saudi Arabia.
