Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Develop user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces that enhance the overall digital experience across various platforms.
  • Design wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize concepts and test usability effectively.
  • Plan and execute usability tests, collecting feedback to refine and optimize designs based on user insights.
  • Work closely with product owners, IT developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of UX/UI designs into digital products.
  • Develop and uphold design systems and UI guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Develop engaging and useful interactions for digital products, emphasizing ease of use and accessibility.
  • Track and analyze the performance of digital interfaces to identify improvement areas and ensure optimal user experience.
  • Gather users' feedback and conduct experiments, tests, and pilots to refine hypotheses and achieve the optimal design.
  • Keep abreast of the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovative and competitive designs.
  • Work with product owners, customer care, and other departments to align digital design strategies with overall consumer goals.
  • Ensure all digital designs comply with accessibility standards to provide an inclusive experience for all users.
  • Oversee the design project pipeline and allocate resources according to the primary digital and innovation strategy and plan.
  • Implement digital contents changes and updates in all related platforms, systems and applications as shared by Digital Marketing & Content team.

Job Specifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies, product management best practices, and emerging trends in digital technology.
  • In depth understanding of digital channels, tools, and technologies.
  • Strong Ability in designing user-friendly interfaces and enhancing user experience.
  • Proven 10 years relevant experience in digital design with at least 5 years managerial experience in a similar industry.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction.
