About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Manager to join our team at Kimpton. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Oversee the daily operations of the concierge team, ensuring high standards of service and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Guest Relations: Greet guests upon arrival, provide warm welcomes, and assist with inquiries, reservations, and special requests.
  • Service Coordination: Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests, ensure seamless experiences, and handle VIP guests' needs.
  • Local Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, events, and activities to provide accurate recommendations.
  • Problem-Solving: Address and resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Two to three years of prior experience in a similar role, preferably in an international luxury hotel chain background.
  • Languages: English fluency is required; Arabic fluency is preferred.
