Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with a strong background in the medical field, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of medical products and services, as well as expertise in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

The successful candidate will contribute to increasing company profits through fruitful customer relationships, present reports of potential prospects to management for aiding critical business decisions, and study company targets about sales activities and strive for their continuous implementation. Additionally, they will maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities to analyze sales prospects, ensure dynamic communication with clients through various modes, and promote company products and services.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, the candidate must possess:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar sales role in the medical field.
  • An educational background in IR Technology or Nursing.
  • A strong understanding of medical products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • The ability to travel as needed.
  • Knowledge of modern techniques to boost sales activities.
  • Proficiency in creating sales records, client interactions, and developing precise reports.
  • Superb soft skills during customer interaction and seminars.
  • A remarkable command to convert leads into customers through passionate discussions and debates.
