About the Role

As an EHS Engineer at Hudson Manpower, your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Conducting site visits to ensure compliance with corporate and legal requirements.

  2. Developing and implementing emergency plans, MMRs, and EHS MIS systems.

  3. Supporting line management in implementing ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards.

  4. Creating awareness programs to promote environmental and occupational health and safety within the organization.

  5. Collaborating with the site manager to implement the environment, occupational health and safety policy across all site operations.

  6. Responsible for visiting sites/units to ensure corporate/legal/unit compliances and take suitable actions to close non-compliances with active help of Project Team.

  7. Audit/inspect work areas, guide managers/employees to follow safety methods of work practices to eliminate unsafe conditions, unsafe acts, protect the environment or minimize pollution.

  8. Deliver training and review its effectiveness.

  9. Advise on matters related to carrying out project safety inspections.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven experience in EHS engineering, preferably in the construction industry.

  • Strong knowledge of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards.

  • Ability to analyze complex data and identify trends.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
