  2. Team Management: Lead a team of Mass Vendor Recruiters, driving performance, monitoring individual objectives, and evaluating team performance.
  3. Vendor Onboarding: Assist new vendors in integrating their catalogue data into the Amazon platform, master Amazon's internal tools, and train vendors on how to use these tools.
  4. Performance Analysis: Plan, conduct, deliver, and report analyses to understand the performance of recruited vendors.
  5. Process Improvement: Help develop and improve recruiting and onboarding processes, assist in removing technical blockers and identifying technical improvement areas.
Requirements
  1. 5-7 years of experience in sales, negotiation, account management, or management consulting roles.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner.
  3. Strong analytical skills, with experience solving analytical problems.
  4. Advanced computer skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  5. Ability to work with a wide range of people at all decision-making levels.
  6. Bachelor's degree in business administration or economics.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. MBA.
  2. Extensive experience in people management.
  3. Experience in e-commerce or retail.
  4. Fluent in Arabic.
  5. Knowledge of SQL.
