Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead sales activities at Swiss Hospitality Company. This position requires a proactive mindset in delivering impactful sales pitches, conducting sales meetings, ensuring consistent follow-up with clients, conducting detailed project scoping sessions to craft tailored project proposals and fluency in both Arabic and English.
Key Responsibilities- Elevator Pitches:
Craft and deliver compelling sales pitches that succinctly communicate Swiss Hospitality Company's value proposition to potential clients. Adapt pitches to resonate with diverse audiences, ensuring a lasting impact and generating interest in our services. - Client Meetings:
Conduct impactful sales meetings and presentations for potential clients. Present Swiss Hospitality Company's services in a clear, professional, and persuasive manner. Engage clients with tailored solutions that address their specific business needs and challenges. - Follow-Up:
Ensure consistent follow-up with clients to maintain engagement and drive conversions. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, keeping them informed of new services and opportunities. Track and document all client interactions, feedback, and follow-up actions in our CRM system. - Scoping:
Conduct detailed project scoping sessions with clients to understand project requirements and objectives. Collaborate with clients to define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resources. Translate client needs into actionable project plans and proposals.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in consulting or training fields.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in crafting well-designed presentations using storytelling techniques to effectively showcase strengths.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct impactful sales meetings and presentations.
- Proven track record of maintaining client engagement and driving conversions through consistent follow-up.
- Experience in conducting detailed project scoping sessions with clients to understand project requirements.
- Willingness to travel regionally and internationally to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
