About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Partner / Talent Acquisition lead to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates in the region.

Your primary focus will be on building a strong recruiting function, developing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy, and continuously improving processes to enhance candidate experience and team performance. You will also partner closely with local PBP and business leaders to identify talent gaps and develop strategies to address them.

Key Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven track record in strategic recruitment, preferably in the videogames industry or other fast-paced environments such as tech or startups.
  • Skillset: Strong recruiting experience, first-hand experience leading a team of recruiters, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Cultural Awareness: Ability to adapt quickly to our growing office's needs and possess in-depth knowledge of the local job market.
