Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets for Stations Engineering projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of engineers and technical professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure project success.
  3. Technical Expertise: Provide technical leadership and expertise in Stations Engineering, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
  4. Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and other technical professionals, as well as external partners and clients.
  5. Problem-Solving and Innovation: Identify and mitigate project risks, develop creative solutions to complex engineering challenges, and drive innovation in Stations Engineering.
  6. Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching to ensure continuous improvement and growth.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum 15-20 years of experience in mega construction projects, with a strong background in Stations Engineering.
  3. Skills: Proven leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a matrix organization.
  4. Certifications: Safety Qualification/Awareness Training and Chartered status (or equivalent) preferred.
