Become a strategic partner with Rawaj HCM Jobs, a leading group of companies providing a diverse range of services across various sectors, including construction, facilities management, and food and beverage in Saudi Arabia.

As a Facilities Tender Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the process of securing contracts through competitive bidding. At this management level, you'll manage small to mid-size bids independently from start to finish, while also contributing support to larger-scale bids.

Main Objectives

The position aims to:

  • Secure contracts through competitive bidding.
  • Develop and implement bidding strategies to achieve goals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and resources needed for tender submissions.
  • Participate in solution architecture for tenders and allocate FM team resources as needed to develop competitive solutions.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from bids and tenders to drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain and update the bid content library, including CVs, case studies, policies, social value details, and client service delivery information.
  • Monitor relevant hubs and portals to track and identify tender opportunities.
  • Train and manage stakeholders or support teams in the tender process, depending on team structure.
Necessary Qualifications

We seek candidates with:

  • Degree-level education required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role managing commercial and contract aspects of large projects or organizations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent multitasking, project management, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex bids, especially in the FM sector.
  • In-depth business knowledge.
  • Strong bid writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management capabilities.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • High attention to detail and understanding of agreements.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
