As a senior member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and production of hot dishes, managing inventory, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve seamless kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of high-quality hot dishes according to established recipes and standards.
- Manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, ensuring timely replenishment and minimizing waste.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve seamless kitchen operations and meet customer expectations.

Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience working in a professional kitchen environment, preferably as a Demi Chef de Partie or sous chef.
- Strong knowledge of hot kitchen techniques, equipment, and ingredients.
