About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Centre Engineering Facility Manager to join our team at Data Services Saudi Arabia Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our data centres, providing exceptional service to our customers, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Engineering Operations and Maintenance: Oversee the engineering operations and maintenance of our data centres, ensuring 100% availability of mechanical and electrical services.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead a team of engineers responsible for the maintenance and operation of critical infrastructure, including risk management and mitigation, corrective and preventative maintenance, and vendor management.
  3. Financial Management: Conduct financial analysis and contribute to financial decisions, ensuring the optimal use of resources.
  4. Project Management: Manage and deliver projects across multiple sites, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  5. Vendor Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, ensuring the best possible service and value.
  6. Metrics Reporting: Develop and maintain metrics to measure the performance of our data centres, ensuring continuous improvement.

Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant discipline.

  3. Skills: In-depth knowledge of critical facility equipment, experience managing vendor relationships, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Nationality: Must be a Saudi Arabian/GCC national.
