Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Operations Manager to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our financial functions, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes, and providing exceptional support to our management team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Financial Operations Management
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the finance department, ensuring that all financial functions are performed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Financial Reporting and Analysis
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Customer Service and Support
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, including management and employees.
  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Special Projects and Initiatives
  • Assist in the development and implementation of special projects and initiatives, such as budgeting and forecasting.
  • Provide support for audits and other financial reviews.

Requirements

  1. Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Four years of experience in finance or accounting, with a minimum of two years in a supervisory role.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
