Job Title: Senior Copywriter

About the Opportunity

We're looking for a talented Senior Copywriter to join our team and help us develop innovative content that drives business results. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for crafting compelling copy across various media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging copy for marketing materials, advertisements, websites, social media, email campaigns, and more.
  • Develop and maintain a strong brand voice and tone, adapting it effectively to different platforms and audiences.
  • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other creative team members to produce cohesive and strategic content that aligns with project objectives.
  • Review and refine copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and maximum impact, producing error-free content.
  • Conduct market and audience research to inform copywriting decisions, ensuring content aligns with target audience preferences and trends.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of creative concepts and campaign ideas.
  • Manage multiple writing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content that meets or exceeds expectations.
  • Implement feedback from clients and team members to refine and enhance the copy, ensuring that it aligns with project goals.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments, trends, and best practices in copywriting, content creation, and digital marketing.
  • Support the development of content strategies that align with marketing goals, brand positioning, and audience expectations.
  • Contribute to the creation of clear and concise creative briefs that guide the creative process.
  • Maintain a library of copy assets, ensuring easy access for future projects and consistency across content.
  • Contribute to campaign rollouts by providing timely, relevant copy that supports overall campaign objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging, persuasive, and concise copy.
  • Creativity and ability to generate unique ideas and creative concepts that capture the attention of target audiences.
  • Attention to detail to ensure all copy is accurate, consistent, and adheres to brand guidelines.
  • Research skills to conduct market and audience research and align copywriting with audience preferences, trends, and needs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and with designers, marketers, and other creatives.
  • Time management skills to manage multiple writing projects efficiently and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Awareness of current trends in copywriting, content marketing, and digital media.
  • Proficient editing and proofreading skills to maintain high standards and accuracy across all written materials.
  • 5+ years of experience in copywriting, ideally within creative services, advertising, or content creation.
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field. Additional certifications in copywriting or content creation are a plus.
