About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Physician to join our team at Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our medical services.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Management: Assess, admit, and manage patients under the supervision of attending physicians; conduct daily rounds, attend to patients' needs, and respond to emergencies in a timely manner.
- Education and Research: Participate in teaching and educational activities of junior staff, medical students, and interns, and contribute to research and quality improvement initiatives.
- Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with knowledge and skills required to perform duties safely and maintain adequate continuous medical education credits as required by hospital and licensing authorities.
- Leadership Opportunities: Contribute to the development of hospital policies and procedures, and participate in leadership roles within the hospital.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in specialty required (following completion of internship) preferably in a university-affiliated teaching hospital.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
