The Role

We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and development, building relationships with key stakeholders, and executing sales strategies to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's business objectives and market opportunities.
  • Clients Acquisition: Identify, prioritize, and build relationships across government and private sectors in Saudi Arabia, focusing on core service areas: Market Research, Data Solutions & AI, and Consulting Services.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), ensuring accurate tracking and forecasting of opportunities.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively generate new leads through market research, networking, and strategic partnerships, focusing on client acquisition in both public and private sectors.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Proven Track Record: A proven track record of establishing and managing a sales function in a B2B or B2G setting.
  • Consultative Selling Experience: 5+ years of consultative selling experience, preferably within management consulting, professional services, or technology solutions.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with government procurement processes and private sector sales in Saudi Arabia.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with executive-level stakeholders and negotiate deals.
