Strategic Account Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for growing Service Providers account and developing trusted customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Foster strong relationships with customers and become their trusted advisor by delivering exceptional customer experience.
- Develop and own the Cisco Account Management Business Plan to drive growth and revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive business solutions that meet customer needs.
- Implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets and ensure timely delivery of business objectives.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market analysis and customer engagement.
- Present accurate business metrics, forecasts, and pipeline development reports to stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and requirements to anticipate potential impacts on revenue targets.
- A minimum of 10+ years of experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
- Strong technical background or extensive knowledge of Cisco and/or competitive technologies to effectively present solutions to customers.
- Mastery in developing trusted customer relationships with both technical decision-makers and business leaders.
- Business acumen, flexibility, and ability to adapt to a dynamic environment characterized by innovation and high growth expectations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills in English and Arabic languages.
