About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for growing Service Providers account and developing trusted customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Foster strong relationships with customers and become their trusted advisor by delivering exceptional customer experience.
  2. Develop and own the Cisco Account Management Business Plan to drive growth and revenue.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive business solutions that meet customer needs.
  4. Implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets and ensure timely delivery of business objectives.
  5. Identify and develop new business opportunities through market analysis and customer engagement.
  6. Present accurate business metrics, forecasts, and pipeline development reports to stakeholders.
  7. Monitor market trends, customer needs, and requirements to anticipate potential impacts on revenue targets.
Requirements
  1. A minimum of 10+ years of experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
  2. Strong technical background or extensive knowledge of Cisco and/or competitive technologies to effectively present solutions to customers.
  3. Mastery in developing trusted customer relationships with both technical decision-makers and business leaders.
  4. Business acumen, flexibility, and ability to adapt to a dynamic environment characterized by innovation and high growth expectations.
  5. Excellent interpersonal skills in English and Arabic languages.
