Your Role:

We are seeking a skilled Plant Operator to join our team at Alturki Holding in Jeddah. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the blending process according to instructions from the shift supervisor.
  2. Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
  3. Clean and maintain equipment, including silos, as needed.
  4. Perform housekeeping duties in the warehouse, production floor, and plant premises.
  5. Collect and re-pack powder from damaged bags.
  6. Load and unload containers and bulkers with cementitious materials.
  7. Assist with manual loading and unloading of 25 kg bags.
  8. Conduct regular checks on silo levels and perform maintenance tasks.

Your Skills and Experience:

  1. You are comfortable working in a dusty environment with proper personal protective equipment.
  2. Able to work flexible shifts as required by the business.
  3. Willingsness to work overtime and on holidays when necessary.
  4. Physically fit and able to manage manual loads.

Requirements:

  1. Proficient in English language.
  2. Prior experience in a manufacturing setup is an advantage.
  3. Minimum diploma education.
  4. Preferably between 23-30 years old.
