Join our dynamic team as a Senior ERP Sales Account Manager and play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through strategic lead generation, research, and cold outreach.

About the Role
  • Develop account plans for selected named accounts to drive growth and revenue.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Plan, direct, and control all sales activities in allocated accounts, ensuring achievement of agreed sales targets and development of future sales plans.
  • Build and maintain sales plans in CRM and submit required sales forecasts.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Communicate with customers to ensure that contractual service agreements and expectations are exceeded.
Requirements
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience selling ERP software solutions.
  • High energy, drive, intellect, enthusiasm, initiative, and commitment, including the ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
  • Self-motivated to expand personal professional knowledge of product and selling skills, and pursue high-performance achievement.
  • Strong communication skills, over the phone and face-to-face, and capable of managing professional sales presentations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent sales cycles.
  • Collaborative team player with perfect verbal and written English fluency.
