Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare comprehensive property valuations, land premium assessments, and feasibility studies to inform business decisions.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities in the property market.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to develop project briefs and schematic designs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of consultants and ensure that project objectives are met.
  • Assist in the tendering process for recruiting business partners and administer the compilation of the division's yearly budget.

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Surveying, Real Estate, Land Management, Property Management, or related disciplines, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in valuation and feasibility studies, property development, town planning, sales, and marketing of properties is highly desirable.
  • Professional qualification from the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS) or Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) is preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese language skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Windows applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing.
