Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team at The Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for performing various accounting tasks to support our financial operations and ensure accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Record financial transactions in our general ledger, reconcile accounts, and maintain organized and up-to-date accounting records.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process vendor invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payments, as well as maintain records of accounts payable and receivable transactions.
  • Expense Management: Review and reconcile employee expense reports, monitor expenses against budgets, and analyze variances.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations, and maintain proper documentation and filing systems for financial records.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a senior role.
  • Experience in the FMCG sector is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting requirements.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
  • MS Office, Excel Knowledge.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
