About the Role
As a Senior Design Manager, you will lead the design team to deliver projects that meet client objectives from a design management perspective. You will be responsible for chairing design meetings, preparing meeting minutes, and ensuring the design team meets programme requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the preparation of specifications and provide comments.
  • Organize and chair Design and Design Coordination Meetings to facilitate effective communication among stakeholders.
  • Ensure Safety in Design practices are implemented and Design Risk Assessments are prepared on time.
  • Collaborate with designers and consultants to establish standards for mock-ups.
  • Coordinate with Client and designers to select materials, which may involve site visits.
  • Respond to Contractor Notices and coordinate with the design team and consultants to address any issues.
  • Identify and mitigate design risks throughout the project, including tracking Authority Approvals.
