Director of Account Development, Payments Business

**Job Description:**
The Director of Account Development will be responsible for leading the growth, profitability, and performance of the payments business for Visa's largest and most complex key client.
Main Duties:
- Develop and implement a strategic vision for the client's payments business, driving results through leadership and focus.
- Manage the client's payments strategy on Visa products, building strategic relationships with senior management and decision-makers.
- Create innovative solutions that drive the client's strategic priorities, leveraging sales, product development, project management, business development, marketing, and operations expertise.
- Expand and complement the team's skills with experience in sales, product development, project management, business development, marketing, and operations.
- Liaise with marketing and product development to launch new products/services or expand existing ones, ensuring company products/services bring value to the client.
- Establish and manage a world-class account team, organizing it to pursue short- and long-term business opportunities.
