We are seeking a Senior Associate to support team leadership, collect and conduct analysis, create recommendations, and deliver impactful and clear client presentations.

Key Responsibilities and Objectives:
  • Manage the analytical execution and development of client deliverables
  • Contribute to the team's problem-solving and client management
  • Generate creative ideas and turn them into client-ready recommendations

Requirements:
  • +4 years of experience in consultancy, preferably in management consultancy with proven track records working with client teams

  • Ability to oversee and manage junior team members
  • Ability to work independently in the absence of daily supervision, exercising sound judgment and initiative
  • Proficiency with core analytical tools and approaches
  • Knowledgeable with desktop computing tools such as Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work based on National ID or transferable Iqama
