Job Description

Rmg is seeking an experienced IT service management professional to support the organization's IT operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in ITIL processes and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain ITIL processes including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Service Request Management.
  • Develop and maintain ITSM policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Provide guidance and support for ITIL implementation activities across the organization.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to improve IT service delivery through the adoption of DevOps practices.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in IT service management and DevOps practices.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools such as Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and Ansible.
