About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee and manage our IT infrastructure and systems at Pareto People. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure management, including servers, networks, and data centers, and will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our IT operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • IT Infrastructure Management: Manage and oversee the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, network devices, and data centers.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement IT infrastructure strategies and plans to support the company's goals and objectives.
  • System Performance: Ensure the reliability, performance, and security of all IT systems and services.
  • Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor system performance, conduct regular maintenance, and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
  • Project Management: Manage IT infrastructure projects, including upgrades, migrations, and implementations.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to ensure seamless integration and functionality of systems.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation for IT infrastructure processes, configurations, and procedures.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to recommend improvements and innovations.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and products.
  • Policy Enforcement: Implement and enforce IT policies, standards, and best practices.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as an IT Infrastructure Manager or similar role.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including servers, storage, networking, and data centers.
  • Cloud Computing: Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
  • ITIL: Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
