We are seeking a skilled and experienced Road Civil Engineer to lead our infrastructure development projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in road design, construction methodologies, and infrastructure development.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement road construction and maintenance projects, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, safety protocols, and project timelines.
  2. Conduct feasibility studies, site investigations, and environmental assessments to determine the feasibility and requirements of proposed road projects.
  3. Design and oversee the construction of roads, highways, and related infrastructure, utilizing CAD software and other relevant tools.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including surveyors, construction contractors, and government agencies, to ensure effective project execution and timely completion of deliverables.
  5. Monitor construction progress, conduct regular site inspections, and address any design or structural issues that may arise during the construction phase.
  6. Prepare comprehensive reports, project evaluations, and post-construction analyses, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement and best practices in road engineering.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certification is preferred. Proven work experience of at least 10 years in road engineering, with a strong track record of successful project management and execution. In-depth knowledge of road engineering principles, construction methodologies, and relevant design codes and standards applicable to road construction and maintenance projects. Proficiency in using CAD software, civil engineering design tools, and other engineering software for design and documentation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex engineering data and provide innovative solutions to engineering challenges. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders. Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is preferred.
