The Deputy Program Director will support the Program Director in managing a portfolio of strategic aviation projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and achievement of strategic goals. Key responsibilities include managing the full lifecycle of design and construction projects, from initiation through planning, execution, and closeout.
The successful candidate will ensure that all projects are integrated and aligned with strategic priorities and governance frameworks. They will also be responsible for monitoring project progress, addressing challenges, and providing solutions to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
Other key responsibilities include contributing to the preparation and execution of a rolling multi-year project portfolio plan, collaborating with planning teams to evaluate project feasibility and implementation strategies, and providing guidance and oversight for project design.
