Your Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee technical, operational, and financial project tasks to ensure successful deployment of airport baggage / cargo handling systems.
  2. Create project parameters, monitor progress, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
  3. Promote collaboration with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
  4. Identify project risks and issues, assess their potential impact, and work with the Project Team to develop mitigation strategies.
  5. Drive project efficiency by identifying opportunities for process improvement and collaborating with stakeholders.
  6. Conduct quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, and plans, reporting on the project's status.
  7. Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and senior management, ensuring alignment of project objectives and priorities.
  8. Manage subcontractor performance and implement frameworks for measuring project metrics and data collection.
  9. Ensure compliance with applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.
