Job Summary:We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, managing various tasks, and maintaining accurate records.
- Scheduling appointments and organizing meetings
- Handling correspondence and making travel arrangements
- Preparing presentations and reports
- Conducting research and gathering information
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
