Citiscape LLC is a leader in landscape engineering, dedicated to delivering innovative solutions for our clients. We seek an experienced professional to join our team as an Eco-Friendly Landscape Planner.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing functional, visually appealing, and eco-friendly outdoor spaces. This includes creating detailed design plans, ensuring compliance with land use and environmental regulations, and collaborating closely with clients to integrate their needs and preferences into the design.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop comprehensive design proposals, including reports, cost estimates, illustrations, and models.
  • Monitor the implementation of approved designs, visiting sites regularly to confirm adherence to specifications.
  • Work closely with project managers, construction supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure successful project completion.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in landscape design and engineering.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of landscape design principles, construction methods, and materials, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.

Requirements:
  • Experience: 3-5 years in landscape design, engineering, or construction.
  • Proven Success: Demonstrated history of successfully completing landscape projects.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in landscape design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp).
  • Drainage and Grading Knowledge: Strong understanding of drainage systems, grading, and stormwater management.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or master's degree in landscape architecture, civil engineering, or a related field.

Candidates must possess a creative approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail, effective project management abilities, and a commitment to environmentally conscious design practices.
