You will be part of HITACHI ENERGY LTD's team based in Saudi Arabia, responsible for ensuring all maintenance-related activities comply with health and safety regulations. Your primary focus will be on maintaining a clean and hygienic environment within the factory or office premises.
Your Responsibilities
- Prepare purchase requests (PRs) in SAP Ariba for cleaning supplies, maintenance contracts, and other related works. Ensure adherence to OEM maintenance contractors' schedules for equipment maintenance.
- Coordinate with external parties such as MODON, SEC, ICDOC, and Tawzea, following all HSE rules and regulations as per company policy. Ensure the maintenance team adheres to HSE requirements, including wearing PPE, dress code, shoe wear, and work permits.
- Supervise cleaners, maintain toilet facilities, perform regular office desk dusting, floor cleaning, and daily area mopping. Check tissue paper availability, office glass cleanliness, and weekly window dusting. Maintain required materials and stock cleaning supplies.
- Develop and maintain cleaning schedules and charts every hour, reporting and recording inspections according to HITACHI ENERGY LTD's format.
- Resolve plumbing network issues, including fitting, proper maintenance of hosepipes and valves, hand spray, wash basin taps leakages, and water supply problems immediately.
- Check HVAC technicians for monthly maintenance of Chillers, AHUs, DX units, FCUs, AC indoor units, and exhaust fans as per scheduled power-saving times.
- Collaborate with electricians for electrical power and lighting maintenance at offices for energy saving, addressing any lighting or power socket issues, replacing them if needed.
- Maintain all fire alarm and firefighting systems, ensuring FA & FF system contractors conduct monthly inspections. Verify the availability and monthly checking of PFEs, changing powder every 6 months.
- Pest Control Services are your responsibility, ensuring no rats, roaches, bugs, mosquitoes, and other insects are present in offices regularly.
- Manage all Real Estate works materials and equipment, auditing and maintaining inventories for material stock related to maintenance. Ensure material delivery receipts from suppliers are properly signed.
