**Dynamics CRM Team Lead****Job Purpose**The Team Leader - CRM Dynamics is responsible for leading a team of CRM developers in the design, development, and delivery of customized solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role ensures that the team follows best practices in coding, testing, and deployment to meet business objectives and enhance customer relationship management processes. The Team Leader collaborates with business stakeholders to translate their requirements into scalable technical solutions, while also mentoring and guiding the team to achieve high performance. By aligning CRM strategies with organizational goals, this role plays a critical part in driving business success and customer engagement.**Role and Responsibilities*** Lead and manage a team of CRM developers, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance management.* Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for on-premises and cloud deployments to meet evolving business needs.* Oversee configuration of workflows, forms, and views to improve system functionality and user experience.* Provide expertise in C#, .NET, and JavaScript development, ensuring quality code and timely delivery of solutions.* Ensure the optimal performance and data integrity of SQL Server databases, collaborating with database administrators where necessary.* Drive system integrations between Dynamics 365 and third-party applications, ensuring seamless data exchange and business process continuity.* Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and provide technical guidance on CRM capabilities.* Monitor and enforce Dynamics 365 security models and data management standards, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.* Utilize reporting tools to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making* Champion Agile/Scrum methodologies within the development team, leading sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.* Provide training and support to both technical and non-technical teams to maximize the effectiveness of the CRM system.* Stay updated on the latest CRM technologies, tools, and best practices to continually improve processes and solutions.**Qualifications and Education Requirement**Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Qualifications: A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead role. Proven experience in integrating on-premises deployments of MS Dynamics 365 with other systems though APIs & ETLs. Advanced knowledge in customizing, configuring, and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 Proficiency in C#, .NET, and JavaScript for Dynamics 365 development and troubleshooting Strong experience in SQL Server database management, including performance tuning and data integrity Expertise in integrating Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems and third-party applications. Expert in Dynamics 365 security models, data management practices, and reporting tools (Power BI, SSRS, etc.) Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on mentoring and fostering team growth Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. **Education**Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field**Skills*** Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certifications* Experience in the banking or fintech industry.* Proficiency in on-premises installation, administration, and system maintenance.* Basic understanding of networking, Windows, Active Directory, and SQL Server principles* Experience with IIS, XRM Toolbox, and third-party CRM plugins.Job Location Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Job Role Information Technology
