The Job Description:

As a Bar Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests. Your responsibilities will include managing a team of 12, prioritizing daily operations, and fostering a positive and supportive atmosphere within your team. You will also be responsible for leading by example, actively participating in the hiring, training, and development of your team members, and setting high standards for them to follow.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a college degree in hotel/restaurant management or business administration, with a minimum of two years' experience in a related position within a luxury environment. You should have strong leadership, organizational, and people skills, as well as a drive to deliver an exceptional level of service. Problem-solving, benchmarking, and innovation capabilities are essential, along with excellent knowledge of wines, spirits, mocktails, and menu writing. Familiarity and interpretation of P&L statements, computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook, and advanced knowledge of the English language are also required. Additionally, proven experience leading a bar program, the ability to pour, mix, and blend a wide variety of spirits and mixed drinks, and excellent knowledge of mocktails are highly valued.
