About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Modeling Expert to join our team at Michael Page. As a PE Senior Associate/Manager, you will be responsible for reviewing and maintaining complex financial models for each private equity investment.

Responsibilities
  • Review and maintain comprehensive financial models for private equity investments, ensuring accuracy and reliability in forecasting and analysis.
  • Collaborate with the head of department to review monthly reports and financial closing for each fund, identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.
  • Monitor and assess the monthly financial performance of each fund, comparing it to projected models and reporting any deviations.
  • Develop and implement value creation strategies for each fund, working closely with the head of department to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Identify key performance indicators to ensure successful execution of business plans and meet strategic objectives.
  • Prepare and review presentations for board meetings, ensuring timely and accurate information is presented.
  • Coordinate the preparation and review of board minutes of meeting for each fund.
  • Develop and submit annual reports for each fund, providing detailed insights into financial performance and progress towards goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related field, with a Master's in Business Administration being a plus.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in investment banking and fund management, with expertise in financial modeling, data analysis, and market trends.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with knowledge of financial modeling tools and software.
  • Certifications such as CME 1 and CME 4 are highly valued.
