About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Route Manager to join our team at PepsiCo. As a Sales Route Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing sales volume, minimizing stale inventory, and achieving distribution targets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales and Merchandising: Sell the full range of products to an agreed list of customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  2. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers receive the service approved by the supervisor, and maintaining a clean and roadworthy sales vehicle.
  3. Inventory Management: Maintain individual customer stock levels to agreed requirements, minimizing out-of-stock problems and ensuring accurate reconciliation of all sales transactions.
  4. Market Intelligence: Provide the supervisor with the latest market information to develop sales opportunities and improve sales strategies.
  5. Training and Development: Attend training courses to improve levels of professionalism and customer service, and complete daily debriefing sessions with the supervisor.
Requirements
  1. Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  2. Communication Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
  3. Analytical Skills: Analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
