About the Role

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for directing and controlling a van sales operation in an assigned territory, with the goal of achieving budgeted volume and margin of poultry products. This will involve leading a team of sales professionals and developing strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and improve market share
  • Manage and control sales operations in assigned territory, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales team members to improve their skills and performance

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification
  • 2 years of experience in FMCG sales management
  • Experience in leading large teams and developing sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
