Key Responsibilities
  1. Medication Preparation and Dispensing: Assist in the preparation and dispensing of medications to patients, under the supervision of a registered pharmacist.
  2. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that medications are stored and handled properly.
  3. Patient Safety and Security: Ensure that patient safety and security protocols are followed at all times, including the handling of narcotics and controlled medications.
  4. Communication and Teamwork: Collaborate with pharmacists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  5. Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing education and training programs to stay up-to-date on the latest medication management practices and protocols.
Requirements
  • Education: Diploma in pharmacy or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in a hospital pharmacy setting.
  • Language: English and Arabic required.
  • Required Licenses: SCFHS Registration.
