Recruitment Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts
- Develop talent Acquisition Strategies and hiring plans
- Lead employment branding initiatives
- Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
- Assist in employee retention and development
- Supervise recruiting personnel
- Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
- 3 - 5 years of professional experience in Recruitment.
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases.
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding.
- Previous experience in Manufacturing hiring ( Blue-collar / White - Collar ) jobs.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is a plus.
- Analytical skills, insight, and the ability to use results, data, facts to build, inform and shape convincing business cases.
- Business Oriented.
- High-level resilience skills with change management expertise
- Role-modelling good people management behaviors and disciplines.
- Excellent communication skills including fluency in English written and spoken.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- Leading with integrity, consideration, and challenge - having the courage and confidence to challenge the business and its leaders.
