Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop quality control documentation and prepare reports on food safety status.
  • Develop and enforce GMP, SOP, and HACCP requirements to ensure consistency across all locations.
  • Investigate internal and external customer complaints to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in food science, nutrition, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in food safety, such as HACCP/HABC.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B operations, including 3 years in the Middle East and 3 years in quality control.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office.
