Main Objectives
  • To develop and implement comprehensive internal communication strategies that keep employees informed, engaged, and aligned with company goals.
  • To collaborate with the Brand Designer to create and manage content for internal communication channels, including newsletters, intranet, and company-wide announcements.
  • To collaborate with HR and other departments to support employee engagement initiatives, including events, recognition programs, and surveys.
  • To manage and execute external communication strategies across social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communication and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. They will also possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
