As a member of the Human Capital team, you will work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. You will also be responsible for highlighting areas causing delays and difficulties with the recruitment process and suggesting solutions.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, as well as 2-4 years of recruitment experience. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems is also essential. A retail background is preferred but not required.
