About the Job

We're looking for a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to lead our EMEA Global Sales team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a critical member of our team, you'll play a vital role in driving AWS's strategic priorities, focusing on migration and modernization initiatives.

Our customers rely on us to deliver innovative solutions that meet their evolving business needs. They expect significant cost savings, improved operational efficiency, and enhanced business agility through our cloud capabilities. We need someone who can effectively communicate the benefits of our migration and modernization offerings, build strong relationships with customers and partners, and drive growth in the region.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to capture large-scale migration and modernization opportunities in Saudi.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including account management, solutions architecture, and professional services, to integrate migration/modernization into customer journeys.
  • Work closely with customer executives to develop comprehensive cloud migration and modernization roadmaps, identify potential risks, and optimize costs.
  • Utilize AWS's Migration & Modernisation programs to create customized commercial solutions addressing unique customer needs.
  • Promote AWS's differentiated approach to migration and modernization through events, executive briefings, and industry analyst engagement.
  • Design repeatable solutions for common workloads while adapting proposals to specific customer requirements.
  • Ensure delivery teams meet customer expectations by providing strategic oversight.
  • Raise concerns promptly to leadership to maximize customer value delivery.
  • Continuously analyze market trends and provide insights to enhance AWS's leading migration and modernization capabilities.
